The best conferences for AI designers
There’s always something new to learn in UX. For today’s designers, understanding adaptive user interfaces and Human-AI interaction is no longer optional— it’s essential. In fact, in the most recent ADPList job market report, one specialization saw significant growth: “Conversation Design roles have surged by 8.2%, likely due to advancements in AI and chatbots,” [Source].
If ever there were a time to specialize in conversation design, it’s now. Lucky for you, I have bit of experience in this area and, last year, I delivered my first on-stage talk on Conversation Design for Wearables at the world’s most loved Conversation Design conference, Unparsed [Replay].
Whether you’re a seasoned designer or new to the field, attending these design conferences can help you: a) stay competitive with the latest insights and technologies and b) understand how to design everyday products that integrate AI. These skills will be essential for designers like you to create useful and trustworthy AI products. In this post, I’ll highlight the most notable and worthwhile design conferences in 2025.
